Sam Neff, PHR, SHRM-CP is Manager, HR Center of Expertise at TriNet, a leading provider of comprehensive human resources solutions for small and medium size businesses. In this role, he manages a team of HR professionals who work with customers to provide guidance on federal and state employment law compliance, performance management, leaves of absence, recruiting and onboarding, and other HR best practices. Sam and his team provides HR support for businesses in a variety of industries, including nonprofit, hospitality, technology, professional services, retail and manufacturing.

Sam is a certified HR 101 instructor for TriNet customers. He has a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification and is a Certified Professional by the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM-CP). He holds a master’s degree in management with a concentration in human resources from American Public University and a bachelor’s degree in communication from Western Carolina University.
