Hayley is an Enrolled Agent and the Continuing Education Specialist at Tax Protection Plus, the leading audit defense company in the tax industry. Based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and originally from a suburb of Boston, Hayley develops and teaches curriculum for tax professionals, combining her passion for education and continuous learning.

With a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, Hayley has a strong foundation in effective communication. Previously, she worked at UNCG as a persuasive and informative speech coach, where she honed her teaching and public speaking skills. In her current role, Hayley designs targeted training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of tax professionals.

In addition to teaching, Hayley is an accomplished writer. She contributes regularly to the NATP monthly publication and has had her work featured in several communication journals. Her transition into the tax industry was a challenging yet rewarding journey—akin to learning a new language—and she has embraced the experience as an avid language learner.

Specializing in cyber security and audit resolution, Hayley is dedicated to sharing her expertise to empower others in the industry.

Outside of her professional pursuits, she enjoys spending time at home with her two children and her faithful dog, Benji.
