Are you always working IN the business with very little or no time to work ON it? Are you still the main point of contact for client work? Have you set your firm up to be a business and not a job? Do you pay yourself enough for being the boss? If you are a practice or firm owner and aspire to step off the client work hamster wheel, then this webinar is for you.
Nicole Davis will share her recipe of how she went from a solopreneur to leading a thriving team of 14. She will take you on the journey of building her team, elevating client experiences, and working more ON the business instead of IN it—and share how you can do it, too.
