Threats to your budget are everywhere. You may think your Affordable Care Act (ACA) compliance is fine on autopilot, but our experience says otherwise. Employers across the country are receiving budget-wrecking penalties for mistakes they didn’t even know they were making.
In this webinar, the presenter will explore the various ways in which the ACA can become a budget wrecker, causing unexpected costs and financial setbacks for employers who are not prepared. The presentation will highlight common mistakes and oversights that can lead to ACA-related expenses such as failing to track employee hours or overlooking IRS reporting requirements. The presenter will also provide practical tips and strategies for avoiding budget wrecker scenarios, including best practices for managing data collection and reporting, engaging with employees to communicate about their coverage options, and staying up to date with regulatory changes.
